Shipping policy

Rates

Netherlands: €6.95 per order. Rest of the EU: €8.75 per order. Worldwide: €19.00 per order. Shipping is not included in our prices. It is added at checkout and paid by you, and you always see the amount before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and packed by hand. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after processing in the Netherlands and the EU, depending on where you live and on the carrier. Outside the EU delivery takes longer and depends on the destination.

Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking link.

Ordering from outside the EU

Your country may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. Those are not included in our prices and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Gift cards

A gift card is sent by email right after payment. There are no shipping costs.

Something went wrong

Parcel late, lost or damaged? Email info@lumebeautylab.com with your order number, and photos if there is damage. We contact the carrier and make it right with you. Please check your address before you pay: if a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
