Your order and the saving
How does the routine saving work?
Put two items in your bag and 10% comes off your whole order. Three or more and it is 15%. You do not need a code: your discount is applied automatically at checkout. The bar in your bag shows where you are.
Does it matter which items I pick?
No. Every gloss, liner, balm and set counts as one item. Gift cards are the only exception: they do not count and do not get the saving.
When do I get the Lumé mirror?
€75. That is the amount after your saving and before shipping. You see it appear in your bag.
Will these shades come back?
This is the first collection and it is leaving. Once a shade is gone, it is gone.
How can I pay?
With iDEAL or with a credit or debit card. Payment runs through a secure payment page.
Shipping and returns
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is not included in the prices and is added at checkout: €6.95 in the Netherlands and €8.75 to the rest of the EU. We also ship outside the EU, for €19.00 per order.
When does my order arrive?
Order processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after processing in the Netherlands and the EU. Outside the EU delivery takes longer and depends on the destination. You get a tracking link by email.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the Netherlands, across the EU and worldwide. Outside the EU your country may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. Read more on Shipping.
Can I return something?
Returns within 14 days, unopened and sealed. For hygiene we cannot take back opened lip products. Read more on Returns.
My order arrived damaged
Email info@lumebeautylab.com as soon as you can with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund you.
The products
Why does my gloss tingle?
Signature Gloss, Pink Cloud and the gloss in The Kiss Edit are made with capsicum extract. A warm tingle in the first minutes is normal and fades. Stop using it if your lips feel irritated.
In which order do I use them?
Line, gloss, care. Liner first for shape, gloss in the centre for shine, and the balm whenever your lips need it. On a quiet day the balm alone is enough.
How do I choose a liner shade?
Match your natural lip for a soft, clean line, or go one or two tones deeper for definition. Cocoa Kiss 19 is the deepest brown, Nude Brown 21 the lightest. The Lip Liner page shows all five.
Are the products cruelty free?
Yes. Lumé is never tested on animals.
Where do I find the ingredients?
On every product page, under Ingredients. They are also on the packaging.
Gift cards
How does a gift card work?
You choose an amount, pay, and receive the gift card by email with a code. The code is entered at checkout.
Can I use the saving and a gift card together?
Yes. The saving comes off first at checkout, the gift card pays for what is left.
